I don't generally do refunds, because of the nature of what I'm selling (digital goods, unique goods, etc) and my lack of infrastructural capacity to manage such things (it's just me, and I don't have a warehouse for the physical stuff, nor do "returns" for digital goods make much sense most of the time).
That said, let me know if you think your circumstances warrant some kind of refund and I'll see what I can do :)
